What Ingredients Do You Need?
For the Raw Pad Thai
- 1 Courgette (1 piece)
- Carrots (3 pieces)
- Red pepper (1 piece)
- Spring onions (2 pieces)
- Squared Tofu (200 grams)
- Cashews (50 grams)
- Edamame beans (100 grams)
For the Manuka Honey and Peanut Sauce
- Tamari (1 tablespoon)
- Sesame oil (1 tablespoon)
- Manuka Honey (2 tablespoons)
- Lime juice (From 1 piece of lime)
- Crushed garlic (1 clove)
- Dried chili flakes (1 pinch)
- Smooth peanut butter (2 tablespoons)
- Water (2 tablespoons)
- Salt and pepper (1 pinch)
How to Prepare
Step 1: Wash the courgette, carrots, spring onion, and red pepper. Slice all but the spring onion into thin strips. Chop the spring onion into smaller pieces.
Step 2: Mix all of the vegetables together except for the edamame beans into a large mixing bowl. You can use your hands if you want. Just make sure that they’re clean!
Step 3: Chop the tofu into small blocks of squares and then add it to the vegetable mixture followed by the edamame beans.
Step 4: Whisk up the Manuka Honey and Peanut Sauce ingredients inside the blender and pour it over the vegetable mix.
Step 5: Sprinkle the cashew nuts all over the vegetable mix. You can also use other types of nuts that you prefer more.
